MATCH FORMAT

The tournament follows a single-elimination format, where a player is eliminated after losing one match, and the winner advances to the next round until a champion is determined. Seedings are based on players’ current UTR (Universal Tennis Rating).
- For the 10U division, matches are played in a best-of-three format. Each set is won by the first player to reach 4 games, with no-ad scoring (at deuce, the next point wins the game). If a player wins the first two sets, they win the match. If the match is tied at one set each, the third set is decided by a 7-point tiebreak (first to 7 points, no need to win by 2).
- For the 12U, 14U, and 18U divisions, matches are also played in a best-of-three format. Each set is played to 4 games, with no-ad scoring (at deuce, the next point wins the game). If the score reaches 3-3, a set tiebreaker (first to 7 points, win by 2) is played. If the players split the first two sets, the third set is decided by a 10-point tiebreak (win by 2).
- 本次比赛采用单败淘汰制，即选手在输掉一场比赛后将被淘汰，获胜者晋级下一轮，直至最终决出冠军。种子排名基于选手当前的UTR（Universal Tennis Rating，通用网球评分）。
- 10岁以下（10U）组的比赛采用三盘两胜制。每盘比赛由先赢得4局的选手获胜，采用无占先计分（在平分时，下一分决定胜负）。若一名选手赢得前两盘，则直接获胜；若双方各赢一盘，则通过7分抢七决胜（先得7分，无需领先2分）。
- 12岁以下（12U）、14岁以下（14U）和18岁以下（18U）组的比赛同样采用三盘两胜制。每盘先赢4局者获胜，采用无占先计分（在平分时，下一分决定胜负）。若比分打到3-3，则进行7分抢七（先得7分，需领先2分）。若双方各赢一盘，第三盘将通过10分抢十局决胜（需领先2分）。

Tournament Rules and Guidelines （赛场规则与须知）
- Refund Policy Conduct: No refund after 4/21/2025.
- Spectator Conduct: Parents and other family members are not allowed to cheer, applaud, or provide any form of coaching to players during matches or between points.
- On-Court Dispute Resolution: If any disputes arise during the match, parents or family members may not intervene. Designated coaches or tournament staff will handle all such issues.
- Post-Match Equipment Return: After each match, players are responsible for picking up all tennis balls on the court and returning them to the check-in desk.
- Check-in Time Requirement: Players are advised to check in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match to ensure matches start on time.
- Late Arrival Penalties: 1. If a player is up to 10 minutes late after the match start time, 2 games will be deducted as a penalty. 2. If a player is more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a default and the match will be forfeited.
- Warm-up Time Limit: Each match includes a 5-minute warm-up period. Players should be ready to start the match promptly once warm-up ends.
- Post-Match Photo and Exit: After each match, players will participate in a photo session. Once photos are taken, players should promptly leave the court to prepare the space for the next match.
- Raffle and Group Photo Reminder: A raffle event will take place around midday on the day of the tournament. All players are encouraged to be present before noon to participate in the raffle and join the group photo. Don’t miss the chance to win prizes and capture this memorable moment!
- 退款政策: 2025年4月21日之后不予退款。
- 观众行为规范: 家长及其他家庭成员不得在比赛期间或比赛间隙为选手加油、鼓掌或提供任何形式的指导。
- 场上争议处理: 如比赛过程中出现争议，家长或家庭成员不得介入。我们有指定教练或赛事工作人员负责协调和解决此类问题。
- 赛后球具归还: 比赛结束后，选手需自行捡拾场上的所有网球并将其归还至签到台。
- 签到时间要求: 建议选手在比赛开始前至少15分钟完成签到以保证比赛在规定的时间内开始
- 迟到处罚规定: 1. 比赛开始时间后迟到10分钟以内，将被扣除2局作为罚分。 2. 如迟到超过15分钟，则视为自动弃权，取消本场比赛资格。
- 热身时间限制: 每场比赛的热身时间为5分钟，请选手在热身结束后及时准备开始比赛。
- 赛后合影与离场： 每场比赛结束后，将安排选手进行合影拍照。合影完成后，请选手尽快离开球场，为下一场比赛做好场地交接。
- 抽奖与集体合影提醒： 比赛当天中午左右将举行抽奖活动。建议所有选手中午之前到场，参与抽奖并参加集体合影。不要错过赢取奖品的机会和珍贵的合影时刻！
