The Racquet Athletes League for Leading Youth (RALLY) is a youth-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring young players across racquet sports, including tennis, badminton, pickleball, table tennis, etc. By offering an inclusive, competitive, and service-driven platform, RALLY nurtures both athletic and personal development. Through mentorship, leadership training, and volunteer service opportunities, participants gain skills that transcend the court and contribute meaningfully to their communities. Our organization champions diversity, cultural pride, and the transformative power of youth engagement in sports.
At the heart of RALLY lies a commitment to fostering excellence, inclusivity, and community through racket sports. Our mission is to empower young players by providing a platform that nurtures talent, strengthens cultural pride, and inspires the next generation of winners. The core values include:
Cultivating a competitive yet supportive environment where young players can push their limits, refine their skills, and reach their full potential.
Promoting integrity and respect, while fostering meaningful connections and lifelong friendships within the community.
Honoring the unique backgrounds of our participants and cultivating visible role models to inspire future leaders.
Bridging young players with experienced coaches and mentors to guide their journey toward success on and off the court.
Encouraging youth to lead through action by volunteering in racquet-related community initiatives, tournaments, and mentoring programs.
Supporting physical fitness, emotional wellness, and a balanced lifestyle through active participation and positive habits.
RALLY conducts year-round activities designed to foster volunteerism, athletic growth, and leadership development, including:
Youth coaches volunteer their time to teach younger or underserved children the fundamentals of racquet sports (Tennis/Pickleball Coaching Program).
Participants take on roles from organizing logistics to refereeing matches, gaining real-world leadership experience (ACYTO2026, ACYTO2025-Doubles, ACYTO2025, ACYTO2024).
Events that partner with schools and local nonprofits to introduce racquet sports and promote healthy lifestyles (Inclusive Program, Volunteers for AANHPI Tennis Festival).
Featuring accomplished athletes and professionals sharing stories to inspire and educate (Coach Training, Panel).
To date, RALLY has impacted hundreds of youth participants and has logged significant volunteer hours through structured, mission-driven events.
